Privacy Policy

What we collect
When you reserve training, we store your name, email, phone, preferred contact channel, experience level, training goals, optional notes and booking details. We also store your account identifier, package balances, membership dates and attendance status. Please do not put medical records, identity documents or payment-card information into booking notes.
Why we use it
We use this information to reserve training, help coaches prepare, manage class capacity, record attendance and maintain your training access. Payment is made at the gym. This site does not collect card details or process online payments.
Account access and sharing
Bookings are linked to a random private browser cookie. Return using the same browser to manage bookings. Clearing cookies or using Forget this browser removes this browser’s access; it does not delete the stored bookings. Owner access uses Cloudflare Access and the authorised owner email. The gym owner can access customer records to operate the gym. Other customers cannot look up records by email or booking reference.
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Workers and uses Cloudflare D1 for shared booking storage. These providers process data to provide the service. We do not sell customer information, run advertising trackers or send automated marketing messages from this site.
Storage and retention
Records remain in the gym booking system until removed by the operator. The current owner screen does not provide automatic deletion or a retention scheduler. Contact the gym to request access, correction or deletion; the operator can arrange removal from the underlying records. Records may need to be retained where required for an unresolved dispute or applicable obligations.
Your choices
You can view your own reservations and training access in My Bookings. Contact the gym to correct account details or request deletion. Cancelling a reservation changes its status and retains a booking history; it does not erase your data.
